ADJUSTABLE THRUST WASHER
A simple tool to extend the service life of machinery, this patent pending thrust washer offers adaptability to a wide range of applications. Adjustable Thrust Washers allow machinery operators to reduce wear by closing axial gaps between shaft components and restoring the original fit by adjusting the washer thickness. The adjustment is easily done with the washer remaining in place using a standard hex key. For OEMs the Adjustable Thrust Washer is a versatile alternative to shimming. Rather than measuring, selecting and then installing shims, assemblers simply install the Adjustable Thrust Washer every time and adjust to suit by turning a hex key. Other uses include imparting axial preload on bearings and general assembling and fitting where the washer functions as a spacer to fill gaps of various widths.

VIBRATION-PROOF BOLTS
Standard external form hex head bolt that won’t come lose until you need it to. This patent pending fastener can be used anywhere that a traditional bolt is. All-metal construction allows the Vibration-Proof Bolt to lock at extremely high temperatures where liquid-based thread lockers or plastic coated fasteners fail. It can be stocked indefinitely as inventory without expiring or degrading. Install with traditional tools in any existing bolted connection regardless if this is a tapped hole or nut. The lock can be engaged and disengaged allowing the bolt to be removed without damaging threads and making it reliably reusable. As the bolt is not solely secured by torque, it can be installed using a lower torque with smaller and lighter tools. An indicator on the head allows assemblers and quality assurance personnel to quickly see the bolt is locked and the assembly complete without the need to use a marking agent. The Vibration-Proof Bolt will maintain its torque even against thickly painted or soft surfaces.
